My favorite Animal.

Today we are going to talk about our favorite animal.

The truth is that I do not have a favorite animal, but one of the ones that most attracts my attention is the "Slow Loris" or "Nycticebus", they are a genus of primates that live in South and Southeast Asia, mainly in jungles. These primates do not exceed 2kg in weight, they have a round head and long limbs, but without a doubt what most characterizes these animals are their huge and beautiful sparkling eyes.

It has a very unusual characteristic for being a mammal, it has a poisonous toxin that is secreted by a gland in its arm, it licks that gland and by biting its predator it can introduce its venom. They are omnivorous animals, they eat mainly insects, but they can also eat fruits.

The main problem of these animals is the illegal trade, like many other animals in the Asian continent, being such a striking animal they occupy it so that tourists can take pictures with it.

So that the "Slow Loris" is calm and does not attack tourists, the first thing they do when receiving the animal is to cut its fangs so that they cannot bite the tourists, after that they subject them to a diet rich in high sugar content, so that the animal is almost "high".
